

MONOLOGUES
is a ”work in progress” project by Kimmo Koskela and Kimmo Sarje
It started in 1994. Today the project consists of 25 monologues of Finnish independent thinkers:
Artists, composers, philosophers, researchers, scientists etc.
Each of them performs an independent monologue for the camera.
The duration of each monologue varies between 25 to 40 minutes.
The first ten monologues had its premiere in 1998, as ten monitors installation and interactive installation
in the opening show of Kiasma, the new museum of contemporary art in Helsinki, Finland
